You own your domain and content from day one. The plan runs on a 6 to 12 month agreement depending on scope - complete the term or settle the prorated remaining months early, and the website becomes yours. After that, stay with us at a low monthly hosting rate or take it elsewhere.

What does the Redesign agreement actually mean?

The Redesign plan runs on a 6 to 12 month agreement depending on the scope of your project. If you complete the full term, the website becomes yours and you can either stay with us at a low monthly hosting rate or take it elsewhere. If you cancel before the term is up, we ask you to settle the prorated remaining months of your agreement - once that balance is paid, ownership transfers to you under the same terms. The math is published in your Stripe Customer Portal at all times. We never lock you in past your agreement.

Will I lose my existing website during the Tune-Up?

No. The Tune-Up runs at the DNS layer in front of your existing site. Your hosting, your CMS, your content stay exactly where they are. We add optimization signals that AI engines and Google read; visitors still see your normal site. If you cancel, you remove the DNS change and everything is back to baseline.

Do I have to give you my domain or hosting password?

Never. Both Tune-Up and Redesign work with you keeping full ownership and control. The only thing you change is one DNS record at your registrar, and we walk you through it on a screen-share if you want. You never share a password with us.
